Any team wishing to participate
in a StlPlaySports tournament must register for that
tournament through the USSSA website. Registrations must be
received no later than 7 days prior to a tournament.
Tournament scheduling typically begins 1 week prior to the
tournament with schedules being posted and emailed to teams
on Sunday night. Any team that has not paid once the
scheduling process starts will be excluded from the
tournament schedule.
Rainout Policy: 2 games
played=no refund; 1 game played=50% refund; Tournament
started and fixed costs incurred but no games played=100%
refund minus a fair prorated portion of gate fee; tournament
cancelled before the start date=100% refund. As we have done
in the past, StlPlaySports will always try to refund more
than is stated in the rainout policy dependent on the
circumstances. Cancellation
Policy: Tournament scheduling begins 7 days prior to a
tournament at which time ALL tournament fees must be
paid/received. Unpaid teams will be dropped from the
tournament. Any team that withdraws from a tournament after
scheduling has begun will forfeit 1/2 of their fee with the
remainder of the fee to be applied to a future tournament of
that teams choice. |
