• After you have submitted your team information, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions for paying by credit card or by check!

• Simply registering for a tournament does not guarantee you a spot in the tournament. All teams are considered to be on a waiting list until their payment has been recieved.

• StlPlaySports Rainout Policy: 2 games played=no refund; 1 game played=50% refund; Tournament started and fixed costs incurred but no games played=100% refund minus a fair prorated portion of gate fee; tournament cancelled before the start date=100% refund. As we have done in the past, StlPlaySports will always try to refund more than is stated in the rainout policy dependent on the circumstances.

All scheduling requests MUST be submitted at time of registration. Teams need to be available to play games throughout the entire weekend (including Friday night). We will do everything possible to honor any scheduling requests! Scheduling requests will be prioritized in this order:
